We proudly provide complete facility management to the Queens and Staten Island campuses of St. John's University, which sits on 121 acres and is the educational home to 22,000 students.

BMS is proud to announce a new service partnership with Westdale Real Estate Investment & Management located in Glen Allen, VA. The Grove Park, East and West Shore buildings totaling 385,000 square feet and home to anchor tenant Capital One were awarded to our team and service begins on October 1, 2014.

Building Maintenance Service is proud to announce that as of September 1, 2013 we will be providing the Janitorial Services for the 4 million square foot Merchandise Mart of Chicago.

GMSC has assumed all security guard services for the Rego Park Shopping Center located in New York, NY. This acquisition secures GMSC as one of the most trusted security services in the region.

BMS is proud to announce a new service partnership with the University of Virginia Foundation managed by Jones Lang LaSalle in Charlottesville, VA. Eleven buildings totaling 700,000 square feet were awarded to our team and service began on May 1, 2012.

Brandywine Realty Trust has entrusted the cleaning of the Peter Jefferson Place portfolio of buildings to Building Maintenance Services. There are five buildings for a total of 400,000 square feet included in this contract.

608 Fifth Avenue, a 125,000 square foot building located in the heart of the NYC’s diamond district has awarded the security, cleaning and metal/marble maintenance to GMSC, BMS and Metal-Brite respectively.

On April 1, 2011 BMS/GMSC was awarded the janitorial and security contracts for 1 Park Avenue, a 900,000 square foot office tower in Midtown Manhattan.

BMS/MBSC was awarded the janitorial, metal and marble maintenance contracts on July 1, 2011 for 280 Park Avenue. The 1.2 million square foot office tower is a Vornado/SL Green joint venture managed by CBRE.

Guard Management Service (GMSC) has been awarded the security contract at Green Acres Mall in Long Island and King’s Plaza Mall in Brooklyn, NY. The assignment beginning on September 1, 2011 exceeds $2 million annually and requires almost 50 Security Personnel.

BMS/MBSC is honored to be an integral part of the service team at The NYC Intercontinental Hotel. We provide daily housekeeping services, window cleaning and maintain the metal and marble finishes.

Building Maintenance Service (BMS) was recently awarded the sustainable cleaning services for the US Green Building Council’s (2101lstreet.com) new world headquarters in Washington, DC. BMS also provides services to the rest of the 2101 L Street building which is registered LEED EB Silver—a 350,000 Sft Class A building in the city's West End.

Building Maintenance Service (BMS) was recently awarded the sustainable cleaning services for the American Pharmacists Association’s (homeofpharmacy.org) new world headquarters in Washington, DC. BMS also provides services to the rest of the 2215 Constitution Ave building which is registered LEED NC Gold. Donohue Real Estate and Complete Building Services provide the integrated management services for the building.

Guard Management Service Corp (GMSC) was recently awarded a $4Million, multi year security contract at 1211 Avenue of the Americas in New York City - a 1.3M Sft tower owned by Beacon Capital Partners (www.1211.com). The selected businesses at this address include: Fox News, Fox Broadcasting‎, Abbott Capital Management‎, Morgan Stanley & Co., to name a few.

Building Maintenance Service (BMS) was recently awarded maintenance services for the new AOL headquarters at 770 Broadway. AOL’s new space was designed by Mancini Duffy, and is currently seeking LEED certification, under the Commercial Interiors system. AOL’s lease is for 225,000 square feet over three floors at the 15-story tower until 2022. AOL’s commitments to sustainability lead them to choose the BMS/Green Clean program to service their new space.

The Ethical Cultural Society and the Fieldston School, a client of BMS’s in Riversdale and Manhattan was recently given a donation of $20,000 to the facilities financial aid department. Mark Stanek welcomed the contribution. Michael Doherty, BMS President said “We are committed to the health and future of Ethical Cultural Fieldston, and we understand there’s greater need this year.”

Building Maintenance Service (BMS) was recently awarded facility management services for the new Mandarin-Oriental Hotel in Boston, MA. This is Mandarin’s newest 5-star location in the America’s and is BMS’s newest client in our Boston region.

Building Maintenance Services (BMS) was recently awarded a multi year contract to provide sustainable cleaning services to the newly named Transamerica Tower in Baltimore, MD. This 450,000 sq ft tower is owned by Lexington Realty Trust and managed by Lexington MKP Management.
